1. Introduction

Welcome to AIFlowTech Spot. Our site at aiflowtechspot.com offers innovation and automation solutions for business operations.

2. Services

We provide custom AI-driven automation consulting and implementation services. Scope and specifications are defined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Information Products

We offer digital learning materials, guides, and software access related to AI innovation. These are delivered electronically following purchase confirmation.

4. Physical Goods

We supply hardware components and devices to support AI automation, shipped to the address specified in the order.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a reimbursement for standard service packages within 7 days of purchase if no deliverables have been shared. Approved reimbursements are credited back to the original settlement method. Custom services tailored to specific client requirements are not eligible for reimbursement due to the preparatory work and resource allocation involved.

Clients may reschedule service dates with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur additional fees.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products may be fully reimbursed if requested within 14 days of access initiation, provided no downloads or access records exist. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original transaction channel within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Eligible items may be exchanged or reimbursed for the product cost, excluding shipping charges. Clients must send back items in original condition. Reimbursements are processed once items are received and inspected.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to aiflowtechspot.com.
